Your orders can either be picked up at the relevant stores or it can be delivered to a location of your choosing. Shipping rates apply and differ depending on distance and total order spend.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take no more than 48 hours or 2 business days to arrive if delivered. Pickups are usually available within 24 hours or 1 business day.

We have dedicated drivers in Upolu and Savaii that will deliver your goods to your preferred doorstep.


All products on My Samoa belong to the vendors and will occassionally run out. However, we are committed to ensuring we fullfill your orders either by replacing a product or by issuing refund.

The answer is a Big NO! Unlike other online shops, My Samoa will not hit you unexpectedly with a fee at the tail end of the checkout process.
