Store Policies — Just So You Know!
Hey there! Thanks for choosing mysamoa.co — we want your shopping to be smooth and hassle-free, so here’s the lowdown on how we do things:
Out-of-Stock? No Worries!
We do our best to keep everything in stock and up to date, but sometimes things get tricky because of:

Supply chain slowdowns (those pesky delays!)

Big demand here and overseas

Seasonal stuff or supplier surprises
If something you ordered isn’t available when your Receiver goes to grab it, here’s the plan:

Pick a replacement that’s just as awesome (or a bit less). If it’s less, you get a refund or store credit for the difference!

Or get a full refund for that item.
Heads up: Some Vendors can’t give refunds directly to your Receiver, so they’ll choose a swap or send the refund back to you — we’ll make sure it’s sorted!
Something Wrong with Your Order?
If your product isn’t up to snuff, no worries! Just return it to the Vendor with your receipt within their return window. They’ll sort out an exchange, refund, or fix it up for you. Easy peasy!
Pick It Up on Time!
Orders need to be picked up within 7 days of placing them. If it takes longer, prices might change, or Vendors might send fewer items or swaps. So, best to collect on time to avoid surprises!
